Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak periods or sales, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience!

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 4-9 business days - $7.99 

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen shipping carrier delays.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping fees vary depending on the destination. Shipping times can also vary and may take between 7-14 business days based on location.

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Kay Skin Essentials is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's delivery status through the carrier’s website.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your package may be held at the carrier’s local facility or returned to us. If your package is returned, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

KAY’sync is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at contact@kayskin.store within 24 hours. Address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.

No Return or Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you with a resolution.
